The ambiance is fun and cozy with plasma TVs running all day long, soft music playing and cocktails being served in clear glass bottles. You can easily see what liquid is inside because the color will be white!

You can find almost anything you want to drink at Tip Top; they do have safety measures in place to prevent child access however.
